Miscellaneous: After fate--via an unprecedented firing of a previous
coach--handed Tony his first coaching job, he is looking forward to this, his
third season as skipper of the StayWell Sluggers. Look for Tony to continue his
chase for best lead-off hitter in the coming year. Last year he finished second
in doubles and runs scored. However, getting married during the opening week of
the '99 season may have unforeseen effects on his performance. Only time will
tell. When Tony's not scribbling in a scorebook and booting grounders at short
stop, you can find him on the lakes and rivers of northern New England, beating
the water unmercifully with a flyrod.
