The Sluggers finished in sixth (last) place in 1998 with a 1 and 7 record. This year, they finished in last place again, but with a 3 and 9 record. See the standings below.
The Sluggers are hoping that this off-season will be as kind as last off-season. Last year, the free agent market oozed with talent, and Coach Tony took advantage of the situation.
